Knowing that snail mail can lift someone’s spirits, give encouragement or sympathy, offer thanks or prayer, or just say “You’re on my mind,” the Card Ministry meets once a month to assemble greeting cards. Everyone is welcome to join the group which meets at 10:00 in the church office on the third Tuesday each month. No experience is necessary. A variety of handmade notecards is available in the narthex. The congregation is encouraged to  choose a card to send to anyone who could use a “hug”. Cards are free, but small contributions help buy supplies and are appreciated.
