We believe that God is at work in your life and the lives of everyone.
We believe that God is not done with us yet.
We believe that Jesus Christ was sent from heaven to live as a mortal and experience all the things that a mortal experiences. He ultimately chose to sacrifice his mortal life to save our souls. We believe that salvation is a gift, but you must accept that salvation. And we believe that accepting salvation does not mean that you are done with the process; on the contrary, it means that you have started your spiritual journey, which is a life-long journey.
We believe in the two greatest commandments according to Jesus: 1) Love your God and 2) Love your neighbor as you love yourself. A core belief is that all we say and all that we do must follow commandment 2.
We are committed to inclusiveness and social justice, since we believe that is called for by Jesus when he tells us to love our neighbor.
We offer communion to all who consider themselves to be friends of Jesus. You do not need to be a member of our church, or any church. If you consider yourself to be our neighbor, then you are welcome.
Music is an integral part of a Methodist service. The Bible tells us to make a joyful noise, and we do so.
We support congregations and services in 3 languages on our campus and also see that as loving our neighbor.
We offer a valuable pre-school experience at a fair price, again seeing that as actively loving our neighbor.
